Scaffolding steel pipe is very important scaffolding to be used in many constructions and projects. Compare with steel pipe, bamboo have long been used as scaffolding tubes, but due to their lack of safety and durability, they are now only used in small buildings such as owner-occupied buildings in rural and more backward urban areas. The most common type of scaffolding tube used in modern building construction is the steel tube, as the scaffolding is set up to meet the needs of the workers, but also to meet the stability and durability of the scaffolding, so the strong steel tube is the best choice. The steel pipe chosen is generally required to have a smooth surface, no cracks, not bent, not easily rusted and in accordance with the relevant national material standards.

In modern building construction, we usually use the steel pipe 48.3mm as the outer diameter of scaffolding pipe and thickness from 1.8-4.75mm. It is Electrical Resistance Weld and made by high carbon steel. It is used with scaffolding clamps that we also call scaffolding tube and coupler system or tubular system scaffolding.

Our Scaffolding tube have high zinc coating that can reach 280g, others factory just give 210g.
